How to Prepare Green Gunpowder Tea

For the best flavour, avoid using freshly boiled water, as excessive heat can make green tea taste overly bitter.

• Heat approximately 250 ml of water to around 70–80°C.
• Add approximately 1–2 g of Green Gunpowder Tea per cup.
• Allow the leaves to infuse for approximately 2–3 minutes.
• Strain and serve.
