Peruvian Torch — Echinopsis peruviana Seeds

Echinopsis peruviana, commonly known as Peruvian Torch, is a striking columnar cactus native to the western Andes of Peru, where it naturally occurs at elevations of approximately 2,000–3,000 metres. The species develops tall, ribbed blue-green stems that can eventually reach around 3–6 metres in height, complemented by clusters of pale to golden-brown spines.

One of its most impressive ornamental features is its large white flowers, which can reach approximately 20 cm across. The flowers typically open during the night and close again around dawn, creating a short-lived but spectacular display.
