How to Use Shiitake Tincture

Shiitake has been part of East Asian culinary traditions for centuries and has also featured in traditional wellness preparations. For convenient everyday use, take up to 2 ml per day. The liquid can be taken sublingually by placing drops beneath the tongue or added to a range of drinks and recipes, such as:
